"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. "

"We stayed for 3 nights. Friendly staff in the restaurant. Everything worked and the apartments are spacious and so cozy. Very baby friendly! Although a bit of noise at night from other guests. Overall great stay with a nice location. "

"Pension Barbara is a very cosy and clean pension right next to the paths leading up to The Brocken. The hostess was very sweet and attentive, and we had a good stay. Schierke as a town is a bit dated and quiet in the autumn, when we visited. Is was difficulty to find a place to just have a couple of drinks etc. The national park, Brocken and paths are all excellent for a short hiking-holiday. Great nature, chalenging paths (if you want it), nice restaurant on the summit."

"Super"

"Beautiful views from the rooms. Receptionist was particularly helpful. giving us advice about where to go and directions etc"

"The hotel was empty and for the price very nice. The people having it was so friendly, and we had the best pommes of our trip. They were amazing. Very nice spot to have as start point for the very nice area. Do take the old train from Drei Annan hoche - we loved it"

"-Minibar heizt das Zimmer leider zu stark auf, -Ermäßigung für angrenzende Bade-Sauna Landschaft wäre schön..."

"Outstanding chalet resort in the lovely Harz region"

"Very friendly staff. Despite our very late arrival the owner of the establishment ensured me I could call him and he would assist us on the check-in. Very large, cosy and comfortable rooms. Plenty parking availability. I warmly recommend this hotel for both business travellers as tourists."

"Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, ansonsten gab es nichts zu bemängeln. "

"Liono was such a special place to stay. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was superb, with so many offerings! We love to walk, so the 15 minute walk to town was to our liking. Everything about Liono suited us and we would stay again if we are in the area!"

"War eine schöne Zeit"

"We booked it as a BD Gift for my in-laws and they loved it. Rooms were clean and good food. One slight problem was that food was not hot but just warm."

"Very clean, modern and fresh hotel conveniently located near the city center."

"Very nice hotel. Big room with balcony and a lovely big pool for relaxing in the evening. Breakfast was great but unfortunately the dinner (buffet) was only mediocre. It was a shame because the hotel itself is splendid 😀"

"Outstanding property, clean and well maintained. Spacious rooms and excellent restaurant"

"We had a wonderful stay — eight nights— loved the breakfast and quiet nights."

"Dejligt sted. Vi havde en familielejlighed. Ejerne var meget hjælpsomme og søde, og vi nød vores ophold. "
